STATE SENATOR DAN KOTOWSKI UNVEILS AGGRESSIVE LEGISLATIVE AGENDA
SPRINGFIELD - State Senate Dan Kotowski (D-Park Ridge) has announced that he will pursue a bold package of legislation to protect the pocketbooks of hard-working Illinoisans, increase public health and safety, and improve the quality and efficiency of government in the 96th General Assembly. As Chair of the Senate Commerce Committee, he will have ample opportunities to support small businesses and legislation that will benefit Illinois companies and consumers.
As Vice-Chair of the Senate Financial Institutions Committee, he can help ensure that Illinoisans are able to invest their money safely and securely.Senator Kotowski also will continue his fight to protect the health and safety of Illinois citizens.
As a member of the Criminal Law and Human Services Committees, he will be able to influence legislation targeted at the public good.Finally, Kotowski is renewing his commitment to good government by sponsoring a number of legislative measures that address the transparency, efficiency, and authority of local governments.
